EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the event of dissatisfaction, you can follow the below listed steps that apply to your complaints.

EXCHANGES: Only items sent out in the wrong sizes or colour different from purchased colour will be exchanged

RETURNS: Only items with defects, tailoring issues will be approved for send backs. Exchanges or Refunds will be granted

REFUNDS: Please email us on studiobonitainfo@gmail.com and a team rep will put you through the process. Refunds take 10-20 working days after the item has been received at the factory.

ALL COMPLAINTS ARE ONLY VALID IF LOGGED 48 HOURS AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED WITH VIDEO/PICTURE AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE DEFECT.

ITEMS FOR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS MUST HAVE THE TAGS ON, UNWASHED AND UNWORN.
